Music Team
Music at Calvary Baptist church seeks to be first and foremost God honoring, Christ focused, theologically accurate, celebrative, and encouraging.
Our Sunday morning music is always Scripturally driven, and consists of theologically sound contemporary worship songs and time tested hymns of church history. Worship through music is our response to who God is and what He has done. Our desire is that worship would be a lifestyle we live out in our community and not just a moment or experience that happens on a Sunday.
Paul, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, wrote in Romans 12:1 "Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God - this is your true and proper worship" inferring that worship is a lifestyle and not something that just happens in a church service.
Vocalists
This opportunity is open to vocalists who have experience in leading worship music.
An evaluation and interview will be required.

Rehearsals are Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:30 pm
We also rehearse at 8:00 am on Sundays before service
Band
This opportunity is open to musicians who have experience in leading worship music.

This opportunity is open to Tech crew who have experience in running audio and visual equipment. An evaluation and interview will be required.
